While many think the city is where the action is, city dwellers are often in awe of the stories they hear from regional and remote communities.

Our increasingly urbanized world has meant many never experience life outside a city environment. The basic questions like 'where does milk come from?" are examples of how people are removed from and have little experience in the land that surrounds them But they are curious and keen to know - they have to be shown and told. Regionally based media is physically well place to this.

By the same token, regional communities need access to quality local media. Community radio listening is increasing, but struggle to find the sponsorship and volunteer support required to maintain their output.

By offering a range of levels of targeted training to individuals and groups in remote and regional centers, MC Media International is able to help build quality skills in these communities. Build the skills and content,and they will come!
